Customer Charter at Drivewell Driving Academy

What We Will Do....





  • Be professional and courteous at all times



  • Be friendly, helpful, patient and approachable



  • Teach the DVSA syllabus and ´safe driving for life´ - not just pass a test



  • Prepare students to be safe, competent and independent drivers



  • One to one tuition - no other learner in the car



  • Honour full 60 minutes for each lesson



  • Aim to be punctual



  • Provide a modern, clean, presentable, dual controlled car with Stat Nav



  • Not answer mobile phone on lessons



  • Deliver structured lessons according to the student´s needs



  • Recommend the most suitable training materials and resources



  • Give honest feedback each lesson on progress and areas you need to improve



  • Update progress on record log every lesson



  • Help and guidance with theory and practical tests



  • Organise a Mock Test to prepare you for the "real thing"



  • Only take you to test when you are fully prepared



  • Avoid physical contact except in an emergency



  • Aim to give at least 2 days notice if lessons need to be rearranged



  • Follow the DVSA and DIA Code of Practice for Driving Instructors
